1. Introduction Welcome to Nestled Inn! By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Reservations Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 11:00am, Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

  • Check-out time: 3:00pm, Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 1 day before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made on the day of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

5. Payment Terms Full payment is due at check-in. If you have made arrangements to pay using another means other than the web site booking system (Stripe), you must execute that payment method upon arrival. Additional charges, such as damages or extra services, will be billed accordingly.

6. House Rules Guests are expected to respect the property and its contents. Damages caused by negligence will be charged to the guest. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only and pets are Not Allowed.

7. Liability We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.
